Katie is a residential real estate expert with experience in the Chicago suburbs. She is a member of the Baird & Warner Vice President’s Club, recognition for outstanding performance in sales. She has certifications as a Relocation Specialist, Negotiation Expert, Accredited Buyer’s Representative, Seniors Real Estate Specialist and Military and First Responder Professional. Katie has been actively involved in her community by volunteering for the Northbrook Community Nursery School, Northbrook School District 28 PTO, St. Norbert Women's Club and the Northbrook Woman's Club, serving on the board as business treasurer. Katie loved working as a first grade teacher's aide at Meadowbrook Elementary, where the children taught her patience and the joy of the unexpected-traits that prepared her to become an excellent real estate agent! As a native of Pensacola, Florida and a former Navy wife, Katie experienced many transfers and moves and is uniquely qualified to guide her clients through the entire sale and purchase process. She and her husband Tom were thrilled to finally settle in Northbrook where they have lived for 31 years, owning two homes and raising two sons. Katie has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas A&M, Corpus Christi.
